Our security officers are not only expertly trained  professionals they are also customer service specialists with excellent communication skills.

Are the backbone of our operation and UPI’s most valuable assets. Knowing our client’s high expectations, we only hire the most qualified applicants, who have the necessary abilities and attitude to identify themselves with our philosophy of customer service and commitment to excellence.

Our security guards must pass several classroom training courses before undergoing extensive hands-on training in different environments. We frequently cross-train our guards to ensure that they are able to help and support their colleagues on your property should the need arise. Only after successful completion of all classes and training sessions will a guard start on a post under strict supervisor and management control.

Our training program develops quality security officers able to provide the quality service you expect from us.
